Barrett says Title IX protections do not extend to transgender Americans, claiming it’s a “strain on the text” to reach that interpretation.

McConnel refused to do his constitutional duty to advise and consent Garland. If McConnel pulls that sh't again, another senator needs to file a case against him. Let the supreme court decide how long he can refuse to do his constitutional duty just because he had the majority and didn't want to vote on Garland.
