It was completely illegal, someone from NRJ France confirmed it on Twitter a few hours after: http://www.chartsinfrance.net/Lady-GaGa/news-112612.html You have a little video at the bottom of the page, you can hear : "attention friends! I have a present for you, it is directly from the producer to the consumer. Normally, we would have passed it on to you on Friday, but I already have it, so I can't resist. We're the first in France to make you discover the BRAND NEW LADY GAGA! You can tell to your child 'the first time I heard it, it was on Fun Radio'".
