It would have to be another artist who has previously been open about taking antipsychotics or other medication for their mental health. It would be rather easy for 911 to be misinterpreted as a Xanny/drug-promoting song, if the wrong artist was featured on it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Billie has disclosed if she takes meds for treatment. I think the best collaborator would have to be someone on the same page of what 911 means to Gaga.
