Also I do think controlling number of cases is important and the whole protest is not about that. That's outdated already, there are already a lot of vaccines in phase 3 of testing with some of them having really promising results, even our health minister which is very pesimistic said that he is expecting a vaccine in the spring of 2021, 2022 would be more like in almost worst case scenario. Yes sometimes it takes years but since we are in a pretty shitty pandemic situation, people are putting a lot more efforts and money on it now. People make so many general statements like "the rules work", but fail to show any evidence for that. It can happen. But it is as possible that it wont happen. And from what I've read, the companies who will produce the vaccines will be protected by countries if they want the vaccine as soon as that. You don't even need evidence to know that a mask can block some of the water particles from ur mouth to reach the other person, the masks might not be 100% efficient but It still does the job, you don't need evidence for that but a brain, also same thing for distancing and washing ur hands. Since you are from Romania, I think you might have heard the situation from Arges county from 1 month ago being the hardest hitting county, well now we went from 127 cases/day to almost 20 (and that's mostly because of the rules and the people getting more involved on it) even if the country itself is still rising in cases Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
