She couldve put a lot more effort tho I think the point of this campaign is featuring simple things your average person can do to show kindness in their everyday lives. Like purchasing eco-friendly products.

And then she's pretty much forced to sell fast fashion merch because that's what makes labels money... they can kind of only preach, not practice except when it comes to personal life. But yeah Gaga should take more commercial flights then... Edit: Just thought more about commercial flights - that would actually put burden on the flight attendants and staff because they would have to deal with GP and monsters getting up to see her unless she can disguise really well. They're not her bodyguards... Maybe she should take a bus with her crew. Or one coach of a train. This isn't directed at Gaga but celebs in general: I can kind of understand the private jets because they get harassed when they fly commercially (though still, I think it's excessive a lot of times), but what I don't understand is why celebs feel the need to have sprawling mansions. Unless they have a huge family, what is the point, other than showing off their ostentatious wealth? I can understand wanting a lot of property for privacy reasons, but large homes require a lot of resources for heating and cooling, among other things, plus extra "stuff" to furnish them. And of course, these people usually own multiple homes. If I were ever uber-wealthy, I don't think I'd want such a large home. Yes, some guest rooms and space for entertaining, but unless I become Franch Von Trapp and spawn enough offspring to form a singing group, a huge mansion isn't necessary and seems like more trouble than it's worth, not to mention incredibly environmentally unfriendly. There are many celebs that fly commercial and it's completely doable. George Clooney fly's commercial often, they just get first class / business class tickets and get VIP services at the airport. It's just takes a shift in their mindset.

It's too much upkeep. A week or two ago, I jokingly posted a link to a cool mansion in Maine that once belonged to a sea captain and is now for sale. It's quite affordable (like US $140,000) and has 13 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. I am trying to figure out where I want to live post-pandemic, and I actually gave that place some thought, as one of my best friends recently moved to Maine. Plus, it's down the road from Stephen King's house, and I love SK (and we share a birthday). I can afford to buy the place, but one of the reasons I didn't seriously look into it (aside from not being sure that I actually want to move to Maine) is because it's too darn big! I used to live alone in a house with three bedrooms and two baths, and even that felt a little too big, though I used one room as a home office/library and the other as a guest bedroom. And I hired maid service, so it wasn't even about cleaning it either. On a day-to-day basis, it felt too large for me, and I basically only stayed on one floor of the house anyway. Also, heating it in the winter felt wasteful (I couldn't turn off the heat in certain parts of the house or the pipes would freeze). If I were living with a partner and kids, then yes, I'd want a bigger place, but still, within reason. She/Her/Hers

Guest
What I mean by that is that as a company it‘s problematic to not set any measures for lowering the carbon footprint or being environmentally-conscious in the times we live in. Gaga owns multiple companies and is responsible for a huge number of air miles not to even begin with her overall carbon footprint. Preaching kindness to the planet with the example of „ be aware of what you buy „ is simply not enough anymore, we need to see actions Gaga. Be an example. If Billie can do it, you can do too. We really want you to care about it and do something.
