I bought a lot of things expecting, at the very least, decent quality items. I’m terribly disappointed and UMG’s customer service is little to no help. Religion is a product to sell. On the other hand fans never really demanded something else and still keep buying her products so if you really want quality merch then put pressure on the people who are responsible for this.
