I think it was a TMZ video on youtube of Gaga leaving a party and she looked/sounded kinda drunk. She signed some autographs and talked to them. I remember her saying something like "remember to breathe" and she would inhale very deeply, it was pretty funny. Please help meeeeeeeeee.
