I trust Gaga's taste in choosing friends and dealing with peers from the industry... It's not like she never interact with people on social media, just the people she really care about. We all know her long-time solid friendship with a bunch of respected artists like sir Elton, Mr Tony Bennett, Celine Dion and many more. She also never hesitate to interact with artists from her generation on social media such as Ariana, Adele, Cardi B and many more. 

So apparently the fact that she rarely respond to KP isn't a common case. And I won't blame her for whatever reason she has. Also Gaga is very reputable in the industry.
