Ya'll should research Alan Lichtman and his 13 keys to the presidency. He was one of the few professors to predict Trump would 2016 based off his key system. It makes a lot of sense. Now he's predicting Biden wins That literally means nothing. He could very well still lose and it’s irresponsible to pretend he’s got it in the bag. The same thing happened in 2016 with everyone assuming Tr*mp would lose. I mean come on. People need to vote, and be able to. This election is going to be one of the biggest clusterf*cks ever. Stop assuming things. i don't remember ARTPOP

GregJA 5,531
Sorry but the VP pick is rather useless considering Trump will win (sorry it’s just reality) from what I’ve seen she doesn’t seem to be a very good choice but I’m not surprised, she’s been real quiet, which is usually what happens before being chosen Mr. No Award Winner 2020

Nina, AOC, Ilhan Omar, Lauren Underwood, Ayanna Pressley – all wonderful examples. but they were all JUST elected, and have only risen to power as Bernie has revitalized American progressivism. Biden was explicitly looking for someone with extensive government experience, and once it was evident he was likely to choose a black woman, it became abundantly clear that there just wasn't a black woman who fit everything he wanted: someone with long government experience who was a governor or senator and who was progressive-leaning to balance him out. Which is why he interviewed people like Keisha Lance Bottoms, Val Demings, Karen Bass. More often than not, the vice president is a governor or senator. (i think it's stupid, i think any government experience is good experience, but that's the way his campaign was looking at it) Congrats. You’ve actually convinced me to give a crumb of slack to Kamala. I’m super frustrated she abandoned medicare for all but the fact she ran on it to start means there is something there. M a Y b e there’s a glimmer of hope, but with the same people who hate M4A being in her admin, it might be difficult. I want Kamala to be an FDR type in disguise so bad. We’ve had 5 decades of Joe’s record. We know him. I think Kamala has a lot more room to do stuff than she thinks I hear you on what Biden wants, but just wish it was a candidate the people wanted. Kamala did okay in the VP polls but Warren and Bernie did better, even with black voters. A running mate is supposed to balance the ticket and create as much appeal as reasonably possible. Kamala and Biden seem too similar for me

He was not a former VP. Follow the pattern here. Please tell me where you got the idea that never being allowed to vote for someone like AOC was supposed to make me depressed enough to never comment in American politics again? I love to know. The way you’ve already tried this and I’m still here... can you come up with something else.gif And literally what are you on about? John McCain was the 2008 Republican nominee after Bush. Obama really did come out of nowhere and slayed with his Warren-esque campaign in 2008. By your logic, Al Gore or **** Cheney would have been president in 2008... Point being, I don’t get the confidence at all but anyway...
