There is a pandemic and Gaga was afraid to do any promo, so she waited 2 months. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love Chromatica, I've listened to it a lot but I don't think there's much she can do with the album at this point. We got a new Gagavision, a new episode of Gaga Radio, a new MV coming, possible VMA's performance, and even more remixes. I'm sure she has way more things planned than we think.
