once my friend told me i looked like ice bear personality-wise, but i didn't know where he was from, then later i made a thread about favorite cartoons or something like that and @KatieJudasGaga4 mentioned we bare bears, i went on to see it and, yeah, looks like me '-'

It's not all about plastic surgeries. That's another sector that it is so specialised that you dont really find them in regular hospitals. 

But you are right, in the sense that what it is not considered an emergency was postponed. And apparently people dont need those surgeries anymore, as the nurses are fired.

I know, that’s why I said elective surgeries can range from gallbladder removal to cosmetic. There’s tons of elective surgeries that don’t involve plastic surgery.

But yeah, I’m sure there are those cases which are elective that can actually help the patient & might be necessary for them but not in the eyes of their doctor so I can understand your sentiments.
