I think people are unaware or mostly forgot about it because they troll Republicans & racists, but back in the day (and they still do it sometimes) they used to jump in (and not just a few randoms) in the mentions—even tweets about people who died—with sh*t like "well maybe if they stanned Jungkook". Twitter standom is toxic as h*ll, but they are far and away the worst. That said, monsters should leave them alone. Anyways, just because the choreography is "complex" doesn't mean it's iconic enough to be called video of the year/best choreography. The ROM choreography blends well with the song itself that's why it's fun to imitate.
