I think she/her team ruined its chances of success by overpromoting SBP after So Am I flopped, for example in the VMAs and EMAs she only sang acapella versions of Torn to then make SBP the star of the show while she should've made the opposite

Could be. I think they should've released Torn as the second single and have her promote the hell out of both (kinda like Gaga did in the beginning with Just Dance and Poker Face). But I'm still very happy with the video that we got and I hope the song ends up on the album, it deserves it

she said none of the singles she released are going to be on the album besides Sweet but Psycho.

I think she mentioned only Sweet But Psycho and Kings & Queens are on the album. The rest will be new. The others were standalone singles for buzz.
