I have the feeling Chramatica ball will actually incorporate new music released later one. There's no way she'll push longevity for one year with what is already released. Yeah like even if she makes a new EP that is an extension of the Chromatica themes, it would be a lot better because the album did succeed but it wasn’t THAT massive that the hype lasts for two years. Also, let’s not forget that if everything is good next year and everything is open and safe, there will be many more albums by other artists and many tours for them to care about than a tour of an album from a year prior. Honestly I would be okay with this. There are a lot of factors to pin on why the buzz is dead (the obvious nationwide and worldwide factors)...but at this point it makes you wonder like is it even worth it to release a third single? Probably not. Everyone wanted Gypsy to be the last single from ARTPOP; we got G.U.Y. instead and we all know how “well” that did. The radio silence in many aspects can be justified, but I agree we’ve reached a point where all we can do is enjoy the album for what it’s worth and if she incorporates it into ENIGMA that’s just as fine (hopefully that means scrapping that anime wig as well). I know she agreed to postpone the tour to next year, but a 6 show tour for an album that came out the year prior...yeah I’m leaning towards the side that it’ll probably end up being cancelled if we don’t hear about Chromatica from her again. I kept my tickets but I’d rather her team cancel these events versus the consumers cancelling and the show still continuing. At this point and even though I don’t care about charts and only want visual content I think I’m ok and I don’t wanna see her drag the era to failure and instead take that time to produce new material that we’d properly enjoy sooner than later.
