VenusUrania 675 Posted July 23, 2020 Share Posted July 23, 2020 Hi y'all, so my order got cancelled from the UK Gaga Merch store and I've sent a message to their customer support per the contact formular on the website and they should've got back to me in 10 business days (which they did not). So I sent a new message with the contact formular after 12 business days and I still got no answer. They still haven't refunded me my 87 Euro in a month... I wanted to change an address for my delivery and they answered the day after it was processed saying "sorry it's being processed we can't change it bye". Their customer service is AWFUL. They were dealing with other complaints recently such as the L autographs everybody was getting. Perhaps they will be able to help with this. Yes I would contact UMG Support on Twitter my Stupid Love vinyl, cd and cassette was stuck waiting for a customs charge at a different location. I was told it was in my town at the post office. When I found where it was it had already been shipped back. Within a couple of days they had resent it out. They’re very helpful! Scare them first, so they can’t scare you... I ordered it from the US store, but I would have though you could ask them how to get in touch with the UK store. If they can reorder my items after such an error then they might be able to point you to the quickest answer Scare them first, so they can’t scare you... Great But thank you! I'm guessing it's not a them. It's probably one person who got hired to do customer service for the orders and they have had more issues than planned.
