I mean, none of us were in this relationship so it's hard to know exactly what went on. But what I do know is: manipulation and power dynamics have been part of romantic behavior since the dawn of time, and while it's important to call these behaviors out, it's also important to acknowledge that we've pretty much all been there at some point, and bad relationships are also a way for us to grow and move on. I do feel like what I'm seeing is a girl dealing with heartbreak in a very public way because it happens to be about a somewhat public person. Love hurts when it goes wrong, and I hope this experience will make the both of them learn and grow - I just think venting publicly about it isn't necessarily the best way to go, especially in a day & age when people love cancelling other people, but once again that's not my story.
