Serbia was playing at home so this was bad bad bad. Albanian players had to rush of the field. LadariousGarage 1 Posted July 19, 2020 Share Posted July 19, 2020 So this may be TOTAL misinformation and I may be mixing some stuff up with the Bosnian war, but didn't Serbia (at the time known as Yugoslavia, during the downfall of Communism) essentially wage ethnic cleansing against Kosovar Albanians from Kosovo? I don't know much about this whole situation, and I would love to learn more from people on both sides, but from what I heard Serbia did some pretty f*cked up sh*t to Albanians in Kosovo during the 90's (as well as Bosniak muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina though that may be unrelated) I dunno, feel free to correct me if this is incorrect.
