Maybe it's because i cant properly rank the album yet and all the top 9 is like simultaneously my favorite, but yeah the only things i flagrantly disagree with is plastic doll being so low and replay so high. It’s very effective in the story it is trying to tell. I think this a dance banger and one of the more unique songs on the album. A very Gaga-esquetrack. 𝗙𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆𝗚𝗮 - it grew on me 𝗞𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 - My favorite on the album, both lyric and music wise. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 - INSTANT gravitation for listening for me! 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 - *next single* pick me gaga pick me!!!! 𝗕𝗷𝗮𝗳 - Another one that would get 11 if I could have more than one. Lyrics are the best on the album. Drop is the best along with ROM. Fashion! walked so Replay could run two marathons back to back. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗣 - Can’t quite get into the chorus but still an amazing song 𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗕𝗬𝗟𝗢𝗡 - BOP! BOP! BOP! Almost made it my 11, but this song is incomparable to many tracks on Chromatica. Its connection to her PTSD and monsters of different kinds really resonates with me. Also, the post-chorus drop is awesome! 𝗖𝗷𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗻 - One of my favorite verses ever is the second verse of this song, love how she calls out the fake fans in this one too. 𝗕𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮 - This one had to grow and me, and boy once it did, it latched on. This one gets stuck in my head all the time. And I think the lyrics have many layers to them. This song isn't about just one thing in my opinion. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮 - I love those 70s disco vibes à la Donna Summer. The lyrics screams TFM throwback (I always love those) 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗞1991 - From first listen this song just doesn't do anything to me. It's an ok song but that's about it. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 - The drop is great 𝗬𝘅𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗻 - This is top 3 material for sure. But, the reason why my rate is 8.2 instead of a 9.2 is because there are so many similarities with so many other songs (Hallucinate by Dua Lipa and Barbra Streisand by Duck Sauce as most famous istances). But on Chromatica this is the only track that serves strong vocals, psychedelia vibes and solid drop all at once. 𝗠 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲 - For some reason, this song reminds me a lot of Halloween I don't know why. Maybe it's the production? Maybe it's the way she pronounces her words? Maybe it's the lyrics? Whatever it is, I love it. Lyrically, also one of the best. This song, to me, also sounds like it could've been on Future Nostalgia. I love that album, so I take that as a compliment 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝘆 - An astonishing song from start to end. From the start its dynamism pulls you in, like a whirlwind. Then it keeps building and building, both the instrumental and the vocals, until it explodes in this amazing drop. And the last lines of the song... Whew! I can listen to this song 5 times in a row and not get tired of it. To think it first was bottom 3 on the album for me, but look at her now.mp3 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻 - The song with the best lyrics, and a complex theme. I can't not sing the bridge every time I listen to it. 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗬 - Another grower! 𝗚𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗔𝘀𝘁 - Took more time for me to grow but highlight of the album. But the chorus gives me Fashion of his love vibe. 𝗥𝘂𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗖𝗡𝗚 - It makes a great contrast between the lyrics and the music 𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗼𝗳𝗰𝘆 - Honestly the song of the album. I was speechless at first listen. The moment the instrumental chorus drops i lose it everytime. It's so haunting yet so boppy at the same time. It never takes a dip as it keeps progressing. The lyrics are dark af and i'm so here for it. For some reason the song feels like being on one of those mechanical bull rides. It just keeps going hard and by the time it ends you're exhausted yet full of energy at the same time. It's so perfect. Even the 5 second intro is perfect. Definitely one of my favourite gaga songs ever. 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝗿 - Another stellar track! I love the dark lyrics vs upbeat production. Superb! 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗦𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 - Easily my favorite song. For me, this song is the very definition of "dancing through your pain". The lyrics are strong and that drop sent my wig to another dimension! 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗟𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿 - Replay role-play is what an actor does 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲 - So cool!! Not my fav song ever but def a standout on the album. 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 - Was okay at first but now it’s climbing to the top of the list 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 - The beginning - sound-wise - is a bit weak, but when it gets going, it GETS GOING. Also, the lyrics are amazing. 𝗖𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗸 - I like it but it's a bit overrated by fans 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 - LOVE this song. The chorus is so powerful and amazing. 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 - Yes! This production is everything and the lyrics are pretty good too (not amazing). One of my favourites for sure. 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗛𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 - The drop is amazing!! And the ending, WOW! 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 - This used to be my least favorite, not as bad on repeat listens. 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲 - If they want to make a hollywood movie out of it, it will surely hits #1 on box office. The song concept is very great. It sound like tape rewind back in cassette era (this is why chromatica released in cassette), and it sounds perfect and actually genius. It's surely haunting you 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶 - This song grew on me and it really is excellent. The lyrics, the chorus. Just a banger. 𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗶 - Replay is so infectious and has that “monster gaga” & Halloween vibe. The ending is phenomenal. Easily one of the best songs on Chromatica and one of my favs for sure. PERIODT. 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗼 - The best song on the album. This song is a classic, quintessential Gaga song. It means everything, it is everything. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 - Dark, sad and so catchy!! 𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗿𝘂 - The chorus ruined the song 𝘃𝗲𝗲𝗲𝗻08 - The lyrics omg! But the production is not my favorite 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗘𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘀 - I feel indifferent to this song. The growl towards the end sorta saved it but still *shrugs* 𝗟𝗼𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗸𝗲 - If this was the only song we got from the album, I would still be fed for a while. Truly is pop perfection 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 - My absolute favorite of this album 𝗢𝗚 𝗚𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻 - A perfect song. Sounds like something that would be playing on one of those old school MTV dance shows. 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 - It's a great song overall, the verses are just too short and the chorus would have been a bit better. The lyrics gives me chills the way they're written 𝗵𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘁 - This is the most finished sounding song. It could fit onto TFM or BTW. Her voice is so raw 𝗛𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗢𝗳𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘄 - It's rather filler-esque to me, which I know is an unpopular opinion. Still warming up to it. 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 - The best song on the album, not only because I relate to it a lot, but because I just can't stop dancing through the whole song and listening to it on repeat, it's crazy how she made a song about PTSD sounds so energetic and dancy 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 - SECOND BEST SONG ON THE ALBUM, THE PRODUCTION, THE VOCALS, THE LYRICS GUHSHGKS 𝘀𝗻𝗸𝘀𝗾 - the song has very well thought out levels with the lows and highs in just the right places. the song gives me a strong visual of crying 2 hrs before a halloween party that you have to show up to bcuz ur friend wants some spooky d*ck so u have to vet any possible contenders and then u see someone from ur past that was mentally harrowing but ur too f*cked up to care so all you can do is dance bcuz there are no more tears left to cry. 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘁 - My #3 via BiasSorter This song was a huge surprise. First listen was awful, I still don't really like the first verse, it sounds like a forced rhyme. Track really grew in me, and it's so high mostly for the beatdrop WHICH IS SICK AS **** 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶 - This one confuses me, lit rally. Lots of fans seem to love it which I'm happy about. Upon first listen I really didn't like it because it just wasn't pleasant to the ears. I love the lyrics though and I actually jam to it now. I can't imagine this being liked by the GP though. 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 - This would of easily been my second 11. 𝗝𝗚𝗗 - I absolutely LOVE everything about this song! Her vocals, the beat, the melody, the bridge, the growl during the final chorus - EVERYTHING! 𝗜𝗺𝗻𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗲10 - The song sounds the most "Halloween" or "dark" to me. The lyrics about scars on one's mind and having the gun or digging a grave and "monster" are pretty heavy. Really enjoy it but it is not a "go-to." I could see this one continuing to grow on me. 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 - The Daft Punk vibes...... the shimmery intro.... the depressing lyrics.... the overall sense of hysteria.... “YOU HAD THE GUN!” Yes ma’am. Ugh. Amazing. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗻𝗶 - I feel like it’s just her pain statement wrapped in a very strong song. The instrumentals are very good. 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 - I just consider Enigma and Replay to be one continuous song. Love the "monsters torture me" lyrics 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮 - this song is literally perfect. i remember dancing to this after a long drive... 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 - Such a powerful message, great vocals. Every line feels purposeful. I think this could serve as the thesis of the "Dance through Pain" concept. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗻 - The way very dark lyrics are combined to a perfect, classy and dancing production impress me. The growl at the beginning of the last chorus is everything, the disco-ish vibe, the glittering noises, the strings... The best track on the album in my opinion, it makes me dance every time and sounds timeless. Dancing through the pain become so true with this one. 𝗽𝘂𝗴𝘀𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴𝘀 - the best song on the album. hands down. 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗸𝗼𝗸𝗼 - For me it's the most fun song on the album. I love the disco vibe, an the lyrics as well. Her vocals are also fantastic on this track, especially the last chorus and the "Your monsters torture me" part. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗻 - Epic epic epic. This song needs a video or a crazy performance. 𝗜𝘃𝘆 - Very catchy, with deep lyrics as well. My top song of the album for now 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗺 𝗘𝗵 - Ehhhh 𝗢𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 - This is the best song of her discography. The levels to this song are immaculate. It is the best drop on the album and the best song melodically. The growl from the bridge into the last chorus gives me goosebumps and I love how chaotic the outro is. Best bridge, best chorus, best verses, best drop in my opinion. I don't know how she will top this one. Wow at Replay being the first song that didn’t get a 0, I think?
