If Dua Lipa and Katy Perry can pull off album eras and keep their fan bases fed with non stop videos, performances promo etc while juggling charity work and being f*cking pregnant then there is absolutely NO excuse why Gaga can’t and shouldn’t have been doing the same. I’m over the excuses she’s just a mess to be honest. With everything going on in the world by that logic there’s never gonna be a good time to promote. 🙄 She cares more about makeup and perfume than the fans and her own album. Stop blaming gaga. The original promo plan was stunning. It's not her fault she wasn't able to do that, but covid.

The comment was about the album, not the single. 

We all know Gaga almost can't have a solo smash, and we don't care because it's normal. She's 12 years into her career. Beyoncé is a legend and she didn’t have a smash after Gaga gave her one. That's how it goes. Gaga will most likely have a solo smash in a few years, it's not a problem. Her albums all go #1 effortlessly, even Cheek To Cheek when she was at her lowest low.
