Highly unlikely I wish people wouldn't spread such rumors. I know people want answers, but sometimes we just have to wait and be patient. Doot 2
How big is that lake? They looked for her yesterday and since dawn today. I can't imagine it would take that long to dredge the lake, assuming she is in it.
Eido 3,676
Update : There are around 80 people currently searching on boats, foots and helicopters. A team of divers are on their way but the current visibility of the lake is of about 8 inches. If she is deceased, the body will only rise to the surface after a week or so

I don’t want to make any assumptions or be disrespectful, but I have a diving certification and was taught that a large number of drowning accidents are a result of hitting your head on a swim ladder or boat and blacking out. That would make sense why she helped her son into the boat, but didn’t make it in herself.

Delulu Rogers 7,301
This is so sad. I don't get though how the kid was on the boat but not her? Did she fall in or something and drown? I read somewhere they were both in the water and the kid swam back to the boat but she didn't make it, but that seems very suspicious.

He is 4 and usually a kid will simply "erase" shocking moments when it's too much to handle. Also he "fell" asleep. What could have happened, is that they were maybe both drowning or something went really wrong (she didn't have her life jacket) and she saved him but couldn't save herself. Lake Piru is a reservoir, whirlpools can happen at any moment.
