It seems like a good time for Lady Gaga to be going into the rock / metal genre, with all of these ladies fronting the bands and getting good exposure. I think that Gaga will fit right in and be just as lethal as all of the recent ones doing it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXNTQ-GmMkM Well, I listen to rock radio. Keep up with bands in New Century Media and am always on the look out for new, hot beats. If you've noticed my Twitter, I find new bands tend to follow me, because I show interest in new music and in turn help promote their music. I'm a big believer in keeping rock alive in this generation. Rock may be dead to this generation, but they haven't buried it yet and I long for it or some variations of its subgenre to make a come back along with the indie scene. Rock is my main love, though I do like many kinds of music. However, I will go through seasons where I go back and relive my classic band favorites like Journey, Boston, Led Zepplen, Pink Floyd, AC DC, Scorpions, Queen, Black Sabbath, Def Leppard, Van Halen, and etc. If Gaga would explore her sound in this direction, similar to how she did at SXSW in Texas (though I didn't like her Swine performance for obvious reasons) but I just enjoyed her jazz rock stuff. I believe she had it in her, but I think she has been bound to promote a pop/dance sound so far, believe it or not, I did enjoy her work on Born This Way, how she experimented her sound. The reason I tend to find my nostalgia in the Fame Monster era, is due to her attitude and creative, professional expression. Omg, me too! I heard a cool song today and all I remember is, "in your face" or "in my face." I went to look it up on the online radio station and they don't show songs played during the day anymore.
