Didn't Bryan Adams sing on that too?  The music is so upbeat.

I always got a kick out of this scene and quote..."Lestat" was an awesome, bad-ass vampire!  Second only to "David" from The Lost Boys.

Yes, he rocks but there is also Eric Northman...when he's bad!

I tried to watch True Blood, and liked it for a bit, but couldn't get into it fully for some reason.

Yeah, I can understand that. I liked it right on, but didn't like Eric Northman until second season when he got his hair cut and we saw more of his snarky attitude....I love that Manson song so much!

You have a fine ear! I believe that is Bryan Adams singing background. The Producer worked with both Bryan and Glass Tiger. Give the lady a star! star.gif?t=1375407039

Thanks Miker!  :)  And I have chased after a bus or two in my time.  Is that SISTER and me?  I think we have much better taste in shoes.  :giggle:

I have never heard of that group or song, but I really dug it.  Number 1 reason why I love this thread.

The singer in that song is Ronnie Jame Dio, who would later join Black Sabbath for Heaven and Hell and then go off to become his own legend.  :)

They are also the band with this classic with another singer, Graham Bonnet, which was actually a cover from a band called Argent:

OK!  I'm only running on about 30% brain bandwidth tonight.  I'm not kidding, I saw Rainbow and thought, I don't know them, but I know "Rainbow in the Dark" by RJD, and here you tell me he's the singer!  I must have recognized his voice.  The name Graham Bonnet sounds very familiar.

Since we're celebrating the older classics a bit, anyone heard this song?  I love it.

My brother introduced me to this band a long time ago.  Smooth vocals with hints of jazz, with a rock groove.  Great sound they had!
