Cancel culture definitely does need to be cancelled, but no one was trying to cancel her so I don't know why you guys are throwing fits. She most likely wants to get just to get her mental health in order. Though she is more than privileged to have the life she does, having to constantly make creative content can be mentally fatiguing. 

She probably has an entire retirement fund saved up by now. She's said in the past that they live pretty modestly. Her boyfriend also does content that performs well, in addition to their side projects. I'm not sure if this is the case, but I believe they will still be streaming and producing their podcast.

That’s not true at all. These issues have been around for a very long time. it’s just that society at large never took it seriously and microagressions and downright racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, etc were normalized. I don’t always think it’s fair to judge people’s actions from a present day view lense (and cant accept change/growth), but you can’t say these issues weren’t a thing. Just because certain people were oblivious to hurting other people in the past doesn’t make it any less real. Marginalized people had to learn how to accept it for a long time and we are only globally starting to wake up now.

Shes over reacting and fake ending her career with millions of people because of some twitter users. This issue has been brought up in the past many times yet she did not end her career. I always loved Jenna but im questioning why shes doing this.

These issues have obviously always been around, and there were conversations happening, but my whole point is that society at large never took it seriously and negative behaviours were normalised. My point is that we are only globally starting to wake up now.

I think Jenna is secretly depressed. She's been kinda off in her last few videos and she might've outgrown this current iteration of herself and people bringing up her past when humor and taste was very different didn't seem to help her case at all. Tbh, the world has been kind of depressing lately so this is mot surprising.
