He didnt really backtrack since he never mentioned charts in the first tweet. Biggest pop record doesn't necessarily means highest charting one. Also he's right in the second tweet, if a pedo can get a rigged #1 then what's the relevancy?

Nothing’s rigged, fans bought multiple copies. It’s not like robots or something.

Ok butt what’s the difference when artist releases 100 remixes for a song with multiple versions

Its not the same as its a remix, which is usually different to the original track. Nicki and 69 released the same track... just like 5 different versions of it. And, they discounted all the versions.

Releasing one remix is not the same has releasing the same track 5 times over

It is rigged. They rigged the system, and also bought their way to the top.

But it’s nott like they bought their own songs. The Barbz bought like 5 copies each it’s not like they added 1000 songs in one cart which Billboard invalidates

They released 2 versions. But multiple physical copies. Why is this new to you it’s 2020 why do you think we have bundles of Gaga’s singles

Thats only what you're seeing on Twitter. 69 showed he got 10+ credit cards for a reason. Not to show he has a good credit rating, but to buy his way to the top. He probably bought a lot of copies himself, and got Nicki to do the same. Along with the Barbz on Twitter who bought like 25 copies each... not to mention, payola. There's much more happening than what you think.

Also, by 69 releasing multiple versions of the same track, he gains 5 times the streams and revenue for his track than regular artists who release just the one version of the track. Remixes are different because they aren't usually the same track... unless its featuring another artist (Savage with Beyonce), then it usually doesn't make much of a difference.

They released at least 4 versions of Trollz.

Its not new that artists release bundles... but its like Gaga releasing Rain On Me solo, Rain On Me clean version, Rain On Me extended version, Rain On Me with Ariana Grande and her dog etc just to get the number one

I think this is more shade at 69 than trying to make excuses for Katy...i feel the general music industry is shocked and appalled that someone like THAT is able to get a #1 with the worst reputation...

Stream my new single, 💜"Heartbeat"💜, on Spotify!

Technically 2 (just the official and alternative), There’s always the clean version on rap songs.

They have no playlisting and no radio.

YouTube streams were strong af cause of the video.

It’s the multiple bundles that carried them but I wouldn’t call it cheating cause everyone does it.

One credit card = 4 copies. So that would equate to 40 copies only

Literally there was only one alternative version

Usually if artists are going to release an alternative version, they don't release it at the same time as the original one, and they don't discount all the versions either. They manipulated it, and rigged it. Thats on that.

And they probably bought way more than just 4 copies with one credit card lmao

YouTube streams, Spotify streams... they were strong because he bought those views.

I’d call it desperation but not cheating tho

Billboard won’t count more than four as Ariana and Justin also said. They weren’t strong on streaming either they went #3 and why couldn’t he buy for Gooba then. Barbz were the sales force for this one
