So now I can go to the internet and post anything and have someone’s career destroyed? Ironically people would call this crazy ten years ago. Are we not allowed to think critical anymore? This is why we have a justice system, even if it’s flawed at times. We really should let professionals handle things like this. Hear the accuser, but do not try the abuse based on anecdotes alone. The world is bigger than than twitter or social media at large. If we want people to take us seriously and cause change, we have to act in a serious, civil manner. There’s nothing civil in what’s happening. Worse, this will do more harm to those who are truly victims. If this keeps going on society wouldn’t take any considerations with allegations.
