I’m not saying never believe the accuser, but always be skeptical and never jump to conclusions and accuse someone until there’s proof that the allegations are true. And thus far, it looks like they’re not true. Tbh I always took believe the victim as in take them seriously and listen and don't shrug them off. Also be supportive emotionally even if you can't verify the story without assuming they are lying I never took it as believe them fully against the accused at all costs without proof. And if that's what some people meant by believe the victim then I think that's an unhealthy extreme Sometimes u just have to give ppl the benefit of the doubt. In some cases without hard evidence either way it might mean u have to give both the accused and accuser alike the benefit of the doubt simultaneously because either one of them could be telling the truth.
