ArtpopAct2 2,672
Not sure, but 1000 Doves (Lift Me Up Just a Small Nudge) [Piano Version] can be a Grammy magnet
steven 5,961
1000 Doves would do amazingly well on radio. I think even better than Babylon.
Dayman 6,179
It would be such a good single. They could even release both versions to the radio. The piano version would do great for adult contemporary and the album version for pop radio. It’s a really good hopeful song but still a great song to dance to or cry to in the case of the piano version.

And her voice is incredible on them both. Both part of my top 3 on this album. They’re the 2 songs I’ve been smashing my workouts to also, both great running tracks! It’s in my top 4. 911 & Replay say hi and could never be successful singles if they tried. Replay is literally the most popular song on the album, what are you talking about in every recent Chromatica ranking threads it is #1 on like 8/10 lists
AVeryGagaHolyDick 25,507
I don't think there will be an other single though We'll probably have the Babylon and Free Woman videos and that's it. I'm also pretty sure we will never get a video for Sour Candy, the hype is gone and the lyric video flopped compared to the audio video (which is kinda dead by now too) and I think the lyric video was a test to see the Blink's reaction to the song now... And the test said it wasn't necessary to shoot a video for it

Great album track but let’s leave her there.

Great album track but let’s leave her there. Oh yeah I totally agree with that! But honestly I don't see any song becoming bigger than The Cure, a new single seems to be useless (from MY point of view) but we'll get new videos à la John Wayne for sure

Maybe they just didn't have the time? Or maybe they plan to do it? I mean, I don't see Babylon or Free Woman doing better than Alice, but I could be wrong obviously, we never know

There were also hints that Heavy Metal Lover could be a late or the last single from BTW and that's why Gaga performed it on the new year event on the times square. The thing with Heavy Metal Lover is that its a very creative and special song. It is not made for a big crowd to performance for - its made for a sci-fi like fantasy world which inspires your mind. I think in some cases it's not that important if a song will be a success - because a real artist has in his discography also unorthodox singles which should be choosen from the creative standpoint. A artist like Gaga needs smashes like TEOG and Alice but also needs creative underdog surprises like Heavy Metal Lover and Replay. And sometimes the underdogs become even big and that is a very cool gift for an artist 🙂
