Video footage shows Beena Jiju Paul, 46, inside the Baroda bank branch in Perumbavoor, India. She approaches the counter before suddenly turning around and dashing back towards the door after realising she has left the keys for her scooter outside. She died after obviously, from internal bleeding most likely. I mean you can see a stain on blood on the floor as soon as she stands and she's holding a big chunk of glass in her hand which is probably the one that pierced her stomach.
