NEW MUSIC: Justin Timberlake to release new music with Jay Z?

Justin Timberlake could be set to release new music with Jay Z, it has been rumoured.

According to unconfirmed reports, Florida's Radio Now 97.9 reported that the singer, actor and MySpace entrepreneur is prepping a new single that will feature Jay Z and long-time collaborator Timbaland.

Timberlake then stoked the fire with a cryptic tweet this morning, which read: "Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 9:01 am PST..." which, it has been suggested, could be the time the reported new material could be ready to hear.

Timberlake has previously said that he tried to work with Jay Z on his second solo album, 2006's 'FutureSex/LoveSounds', but it never came to fruition.

There are also unconfirmed rumours that Beyonce could feature on the new material. Last year, Timberlake insisted that his music was not on the back-burner after being linked to a number of acting projects, including a role in the new Coen brothers' film Inside Llewyn Davis, which is set across the backdrop of the 1960s folk music scene in New York.

In November (2012), he unveiled a first look at the new MySpace. The singer bought the ailing social networking site in June 2011 and is set to relaunch it as an artist-centric service with co-owners and media tycoons Chris and Tim Vanderhook.

Here's the full article from NME.

Hopefully, this would finally lead him to his comeback in the music industry for good. It's been a long time coming. :excited2:
