Could you explain me why black people can use this word, but other people cant?
I know what is the meaning of this word (was used during slavery time), but why black like to use it often since it is a offensive word?

Well America is wrong. There are 3 races in the world white, black and yellow (Asian because it’s in some countries offensive to say yellow).. Everything else is a mix. Hispanic is def not a race but ethnicity and those two are no where near being the same.

I'm going to preface this by saying that there's no excuse for his language, but there are contributing factors as to why this is common:

He's from NYC where black and a whole host of Hispanic people have mingled culturally for decades. I think it's in this closeness that some have mistaken their access to that word.

Also, you can call him a white Hispanic, but he isn't white the same way a country-club Karen is. Do you think white people in America look at him as one of their own? Hell no.

Girl. I’m sorry but this is nonsense. Educate yourself. Latino/hispanic is not a race. Also it’s so false to claim that about asians when they have MANY anatomical differences from white and black people. Race is not just skin color. There are anatomical differences in every single race that makes them different from one another.

Did you seriously just say “yellow?”  There aren’t only “3” races in the world. There’s actually FIVE races & then we also include ethnicity in America. Re-read what I said. I didn’t claim Asian people were white people. I said by your logic, since you’re saying a Hispanic man is “white” because of his skin color then that would mean Asian people are white because of their skin color. I never said I believe that, it was an example to show how ignorant your logic is. I also didn’t say it was a race, I said it’s classified as a race/ethnicity in America on forms & the census. Yes I did. I already explained why I said yellow. I studied medicine and what you’re saying is complete nonsense. White, black and asian people have anatomical differences besides skin color that actually makes them different races. There are 3 races. No ofc it does’t mean that. LMAO You can be black and hispanic at the same time. It’s a cultural thing. Also you can be mixed which some people who are hispanic are. Please again - educate yourself. 3 races and everything in between is mix of those 3 races. Have a good day!

It’s not ignorant lmao. I didn’t say he’s white only because of his skin color. He’s a white man from every perspective besides skin color. He’s genetically white. The absolute audacity to tell someone who is "Hispanic" that they're not educated on their own identity. I have to laugh.

Race among "Hispanic" people is a little more complex than "white" or "black," but the U.S. government doesn't recognize that. There are people who would be classified as "Hispanic" by the government that eschew that term due to its inherent euro-centricness.

I'm not a fan of Nicki for countless other reasons that I won't go into because we already been knew, but surely here the focus should be on the fact he is saying the n word in the first place and not on Nicki's reaction. 

While it's a little disappointing in these times of change she couldn't have said something more, we're ultimately not here to police as a black woman how she reacts to racism because she is not the source of the problem. It's him we need to be talking about. 

It's like a straight guy calling me the f word and the focus being on how I react to it.
