'Red Flame' is the one that hasn't been recorded yet. Like Azealia said, one is recorded, one is not. We know that 'Ratchet' is the recorded one because in the Fiber Optic Wig video, you can hear Gaga singing some of the Ratchet lyrics. Plus we've known about Ratchet much longer then Red Flame. I think Ratchet will be on ARTPOP and Red Flame will be on Azealia's album... Or maybe won't be released at all! It's all up to Gaga.
