I remember when I listened to I had two thoughts:

1. It sounds like Black Jesus 

2. Madonna is gonna sue

 

I was pressed at my first listen because it didn’t have the Haus Labs drop but I think it has a very strong and unique (if we exclude madonna’s music ) personality This one sounds gayer compared to the snippet that we heard; and I love that

I’ve heard the Babylon + Black Jesus mashup and they do fit really well. But I don’t find them similar either. Maybe I’m not good at this stuff . Madonna though, she was huge in the 80s and 90s so I think her influence is present in the music scene of those eras itself. Pretty sure she won’t mind it now that they both have moved on from the feud. Can’t say the same about her fans though
