UK

Looking at UK sales and streams of the album's tracks using Official Charts Company data, Gaga's collaboration with Blackpink, Sour Candy, would be the top candidate for single treatment. Landing at Number 17 on last week's Official Singles Chart, it's currently the most-streamed and downloaded song on Chromatica outside of its first two singles, with 2.53 million streams logged in its first week.

Similarly, album opener Alice charted at Number 29 last week, making it a likely future single. The song racked up 1.55m streams in its first week. View Lady Gaga's Official Chart history in full here.

Other early favourites from Chromatica based on its first-week UK sales and streams are the electro-pop stomper 911 with 1.35m plays, the Axwell-assisted with Free Woman with 1.33m plays, and techno-pop Elton John collaboration Sine From Above with 1.17m plays.

I’m sure it will decrease.  UK Charts work and show a quicker turnaround than the USA

The label might choose to pull it out of ACR too.

Edit: nvm not applicable

UK chart rules halve the streams after 10 weeks

I still can't decide if that's good or nah :laughga:

Pros: Allows new songs and new artists to gain exposure

Cons: Not a good representation of actual consumption

The rules for exceptions, however, help to strike a middle ground.

It’s good if it doesn’t affect your fave but your fave’s competition  :trollga:

Wow, I would expect to have it more with BLACKPINK support.

It has a huge replay value and my boyfriend only likes Sour Candy from Chromatica so I can tell it's REALLY GP friendly!

it is falling everyday but got a 7m 2nd day update and today lost a lot less than some of the other songs... this could stabilise higher than the other tracks and become a hit with another push after the MV :vegas:

Stare at the Chartster in the mirror they talk to me too. #StreamFunTonight

Accelerated Chart Ratio, i.e. halving of points.

What kind of exceptions?

It kinda seems unfair since charts do have influence on the radio playlists, thus exposure (promo) for the artist. Or? Am I getting this wrong?

Let us pray we get the MV. I'm sure it would look sensational.
