I really hope that ari x gaga x Blackpink get a triple cover on TTHs this summer, that would help ROM/SC and the blackpink song and it would be a slay of a picture

Please BMH had more promo than ROM + SL combined. Warner is using the song as ads on social media heavily since its release  And it had multiple live performances

You still need traditional and more consistent promo than a couple of ads and two green-screens performances if you want to consolidate your name in the industry. Dua isn't definitely a clickbait streaming artist on Ariana's level yet. DSN wouldn't have gone that far without traditional promo (in the US at least) methinks. 

And to say Spotify data is misleading, well, you're basically saying that these songs aren't doing good and Spotify has no reasons to include them in its playlists.

Besides looking at potential revenue on a song level, Spotify could also be investing in Dua as an artist, and that is a sensible business choice. Total streams is just a small part of the equation when determining which songs, and indirectly artists, to introduce the public to.
