(off topic but since this kind of accidentally transformed into the album thread) What's up with the new merch in the US store? The tagline feels like it's out of nowhere and the color scheme aren't really in line with the neon colorblocking of the other merch. hmm. Was this lined up to come out with some promo that got delayed (mv, chromaticatv etc?)

I was literally doing this. I realized that being on GGD and typing reduced my enjoyment. Now I'm going back to listening with my eyes closed off and on. Noticing the patterns of musical motifs, the repetition of certain synths every 4 measures or 8 measures, anticipating, being surprised, it's just sending shivers down my back.

Have you noticed the beautiful synth at the beginning of "freak out"?  It sounds like a modernization of the infamous RedOne synth that was all over TF/TFM.
