Well, I strongly believe she will be back next week doing promo. It may be a bit muted and less out there, so sadly I dont think we’ll get something like the skits with Ariana, but she’ll be back.

Okay wow apologies - do you mind pointing out where I said it wasn't her choice? In my mind, all I asked was if it was appropriate for Gaga to promote if Katy is, not that Gaga doesn't have a choice.

I dont know if that user can be trusted but he said that 2 finished tracks were suppose to replace 1000 doves and idk the other one.. however, the tracklist leak happened so they went with that tracklisting..

I love how some people think "The culture" or whatever is forcing Gaga to post these stories/tweets about BLM because it's "appropriate" 

She's doing it because she wants to, she is LADY GAGA not a random singer...

TBH I suspect Interscope has a large hand in her promotional schedule right now. I remember fans insisting it was all on Gaga to delay because of COVID-19, and then Billboard had an article about how multiple labels were talking with their artists about having to delay albums....My guess is the choice to lay off promotions because of the protests was both Gaga's decision AND also Interscope's choice. I'm honestly shocked Katy wasn't dragged, because I saw a lot of people getting dragged for fairly mundane posts (some model got eviscerated for doing a paid post a few days ago for a clothing line).

IMO it is appropriate for her to do more promo (light promo though) now that most of the protests have been scaled down & the funeral has taken place. But who knows what she'll do? And one has to keep in mind the COVID-19 rates have gone UP in California and several states despite reopening...which I imagine is a major factor for any promotional appearances.
