The reason why SL and Chromatica served frontloadness (so far) is because of the lack of live performances and promotion by Gaga herself. Gaga is THE PERFORMER of this generation. 

Shallow reached #1 because of her Oscar performance. 

MR has amazing recurrent Spotify stream stats (even with the lack of playlist exposure) because of constant live performances she did including the Superbowl. 

I have no doubt that the stats would look much more stable if Gaga had the opportunity to constantly promote by herself. Interscope just can go to a certain point with their playlisting but people want to see Gaga perform/promote.

The truth is: they will never be happy. They would cry for this numbers and acclaim 3-4 years ago. Her streaming power is always growing. She is still a pure sales legend. She is global and she is thriving on her 12th commercial year.
