It is her most popular album, but its re-enters when she releases new material or she gains massive attraction. @Runway was just stating that its re-entering mainly due to Chromatica (or specifically, ROM). Plus it would take a lot of sales and people would have to pay full price for the album again unless Bobby discounts it.
