There's 2 other reviews to be added that will make the score go even lower, but I'm not mentioning them for meltdown purposes...

Anyhow, no one cares what those writers have to say about Oscar,Grammy,Bafta,Golden Globe,Critics Choice winner Lady Gaga.

I would suggest to give them ZERO clicks and no traffic at all.

Honestly guys, I love Chromatica but it’s definitely not the type of album that usually gets above 80 on Metacritic. There are very few albums by “pop stars” that have done that and they are different kind of music, with different lyrical content as well.

Enjoy that this time we are near the 80s rather than being at the low 60s like someone already pointed out.

Future Nostalgia has very similar sound and way shallower lyrical content and it has 80+

Reviewers are biased against Lady Gaga and that's the only truth here.

First :

No the GP loves the album

Second

Those who are reviewed Chromatica and gave 50 are OGHs

They always drag gaga and bring her score to below 70s and 75s

I can understand why they gave FN a high score, it's trendy and nostalgic at the same time, literally a future nostalgia experience. And yes I think Chromatica is better, but FN is more safe and is really GP-friendly and is such an improvement for Dua Lipa. They have like low standards with newer artists. They want established artists to really outdo themselves.

We need DarkGa with Bops so we can rule the industry again and learn the other popgirls how to snatch 'em wigs to ultimate baldness!!

Please tell me there’s a reviewer that can come in and bring us back to an 80 PLEASE. I am so annoyed :saladga:

We have probably like ten reviews yet to come so we either some of them will push us back to 80 or keep us in the upper 70’s which is already better than all of her solo albums sans TFM. We can’t be jealous of recent releases by Selena, Bille, Ariana, Dua that ended up in the 80’s because simply they are fresh/relatively new artists so reviewers will have no bias. When it comes to Lady Gaga a bad review/mark is attributed de facto just because of her name.

Oh c'mon you know what it means. If I said side project would it be better ? It's not part of her main discography (just like CTC).

Not even close.

Its all original material, written by her.

Are "I will always love you" "I have nothing" "Moment in time" etc not Whitney songs cause were part of the bodyguard movie/soundtrack?

Metacritic Score is biased to favour smaller artists anyway. Think about it, if you're an upcoming artist the publications that will review you must think you're important enough to criticize you in the first place. AKA they're already fans.

Bad Bunny's new album has like 5 reviews and a 88 Metacritic score because other publications don't care for him.

Chromatica already has more reviews than FN and is gonna keep getting more.

If ya’ll really think future nostalgia is better than the fame monster because it’s higher on metacritic.

Studio albums and solo albums are two different things.
