You can't really measure "cultural" impact in a objective way. You let your personal experiences influence your way of thinking. Factually Just Dance is more remembered than Born This Way. You, as a member of the gay community? Cause with the overall population, Just Dance is mush more culturally relevant than Born This Way, reflected by its recurrent streams.
