I said I see no songs of quality on the charts at the moment, and they are all short. No one said Gaga can’t create legendary songs under 3 minutes. She’s done it before. I’m just saying that when she’s allotted a longer track time, she really takes the track to the next level and adds many things that make the track brilliant. If people want cute radio esque songs, that’s fine. I prefer songs like the ones I mentioned a few posts ago (MTN, TEOG, BR). I don’t see why so many people feel personally attacked by some of our preferences for longer songs. I’m sure she’s going to deliver on Chromatica regardless. Within the last 15 minutes I've seen multiple people say that short songs under 3:30 songs don't display artistry. Poker Face is one of my all time favorite songs of Gaga's, but nothing "artistically profound" occurs in the final 60+ seconds of the song, aside from her repeating the same things we already heard prior in the song.
