Well you better stream and buy ROM, sweetie :awkney:

We gotta support our fave as much as possible :queenga:

Oh that’s the only song I have on my spotify library baby they ain’t tell you?

If I seemed to be implying I’m currently listening to anything besides ROM let me clarify and say I am literally only listening to ROM :ladyhaha:

Does having a song on repeat help and count or not? I’m on Apple Music. I don’t really understand how streaming works.

With Spotify, if you have listened 30 seconds of a song, it counts as 1 stream. Premium users need to stream 1 song as much as 100 times times to gain 1 sale. Free users need around 500-600 streams for 1 sale.

That's how Spotify works I read. No idea how Apple music works but it won't differ that much I think.

So me replaying the first 30 seconds of Gaga vocals 600 times in a row wasn’t for nothing after all :tony:

the way the box stomped on all songs for 10 weeks and now we're getting a new number one song like every week on Billboard. I love to see change on these charts for once instead of like 7 songs topping the charts all year

I agree, like there are songs that deserve to be #1 for a good while but can you maybe like...not praise a song for 212 days of the year? That’s why so many good songs get turned into trash because no one can stand to listen to them after the 13,436th radio play

Oh wow thanks for this.
if someone can find the rules for Apple Music please let me know. I want to contribute to Gaga hitting number 1 as much as I can.

THIS

In the UK we have rules that cut song points so the charts always change and are more diverse. So if a song spends a long time in the top 10 (20+ weeks is rare) then it is a true smash

I think radio is weighed far too much in the US, which means that songs take ages to peak in audience impressions and therefore, stick on the charts for way too long.

I’m tired of Savage but I also support Miss Megan and Miss B, so I’m rooting for them! To have two incredible collars at #1 back-to-back would be super dope, honestly.

3 points in and ready for more

I will always admire how the UK has such a flawless system in terms of charts & certifications, the US is so meh.

We are not sure about that :messga:

We need 85-90 k pure sales for that

But we are about to do 60-65k ( according to some predictions)

ROM needs radio help

Let us see

An official debut is a full week—ROM just debuted on Friday. Billboard basically counts Friday to Friday, and updates Tuesday with the official numbers. So ROM's official chart # won't be out this Tuesday...it will be out on Tuesday of next week.
