Really did not understand the mental health issues so deeply affected her. Was great hearing details about ARTPOP and also the land of Chromatica (connecting to the other realm for inspiration -- love it!) Gotta love the way she says "man" -- such a cute hippy-esque word to hear from her. Will always appreciate her talent and performance art -- and queering pop music. My best friend has to take them constantly and sometimes his medical messes up and he can't get them - he is a totally different person with and without them. The meds keep him his normal self and prevent him from making extremely poor decisions that are destructive to himself. It sucks having to be reliant on medication to be yourself - but it's an amazing thing that those that need it can get to keep themselves as themselves.
