There's very little chance it will block ROM even if it's #1 this Monday, because I doubt it will keep up the #s to compete with ROM on the 1st. Also, even if people legitimately don't like Bey or Meg's music (I say legitimate cause we all know there are some (not all) people who dislike them for dumb or even racist reasons), going off about Savage on twitter with a Gaga account.....not a good idea.
