No, the total AI at that point counts but what it gained 7 days ago is subtracted from today's update. This is why the so-called rollover effect occurs 7 days after debut. If next Monday, ROM gets 2M more AI on pop radio, it will count as around +0.5M because the 1.5M that was added today will be gone. But still, it's the TOTAL that counts for H100. If it gained 30 million, then it was heard by an additional 30 million, so it's 130m AI. If it gets an update of suppose -30 million, then that means 30 million less people heard it and thus the total, being 100m AI, is decreased 30m to be 70m AI.
