Please don't be one of those people who wants her to act and dress her age. 30 is the new 20 and besides, she looks so young and seems to be so happy, she should make the most of it.

It is interesting how she wants to move away from being a celebrity. Her debut album was literally called The Fame and it was all about celebrity and chasing that dream and how it feels to be famous. Even ARTPOP was very in-your-face about her being a celebrity and famous. I get she has matured a lot since those albums and I find it interesting how she has a much more human and personal feelings now about her music and how she wants it to touch people.

I do worry about the way she sounds though. Does anyone else think she sounds sick and very nasally?

I notice people love fame in the beginning until something bad happens to them like a breakup etc. and they realize they can’t turn fame off. I think that’s what happened to her.

"I'm not interested in being a celebrity, I'm interested in being an artist. And there's a very big difference" - Gaga in 2009

His reactions are so fake, I wish they'd chosen someone she's more comfortable with like Howard Stern so it came off as more of a genuine interview. This is very staged, but go off, sis Zane.

She talks more about being an artist, not a celebrity here (the vid is timestamped)

Her way of speaking. What she is talking about. Her outfit. Her hair. Her makeup.

Well I just don't know what you expect to happen? Do you want Gaga to just completely disregard what she has been through and create something that is disingenuous to whatever she may be feeling at that time?

It's her music, not yours. Let her create what she feels is right instead of spouting narrow-minded drivel that is presenting the absurd notion of her vulnerability being an apparent annoyance.

You feel better now love?

it's a throwback to me. She was always like that for few years into her career. During The Fame era she accented a lot, that she's an artist, not a celebrity, then after ARTPOP era she kind of went with the flow of being celebrity, and now she's back to those statements that started at the beginning of her career, which is great.

Sugar, spice, and everything nice.

numb the flame

Does beats1 radio let you listen live even if you don't use Apple Music? If it doesn't, could anyone possibly upload the full interview to YouTube or something if possible for those who can't watch the interview.

While I agree Zane's reactions are irritatingly fake, his interviews are farrrr superior to Howard Stern's. Zane is usually pretty well informed about who he's talking to, he clearly does research, so he can actually ask interesting and new questions.

Aside from the fact Howard is a total creep and just seems like a general a*hole, he is so lazy and clearly doesn't bother to do any research before his interviews. He asks questions we've already heard the answer to a billion times, or just generic questions everyone asks any celebrity. And that's if he isn't spending the whole time talking about himself. I really dislike him both as a person and as an interviewer.
