I personally like for songs to have space to grow and breathe, transition. Many of Gaga's songs do this especially on BTW. Majority of Joanne's songs were too short imo. (JW was robbed!) Where I agree with you is that I'm confident Gaga can cram high-quality, timeless work into a 3min song.
