The nursing homes locked down weeks before the mandated shut down and it did nothing. Opening the economy has nothing to do with opening up nursing homes. We also can't keep telling students to be homeschooled this fall and to keep relying on stimulus checks. This virus isn't going to go away and we're going to have to live with it in a post Covid-19 world. Realistically we can't wait until a vaccine is out. Realistically we can't wait until a vaccine is out. we can be cautious (avoiding intl travel, quarantining ourselves if we feel under the weather, washing our hands regularly) until Jan-May 2021 when the vaccine is reportedly available for 3 billion ppl+, but we cant stay in total lockdown until then at all.
