Guest
After reading a thread regarding one of Madonna's albums American Life yesterday, i was come to thinking. Every iconic female pop star has an album that was branded a "flop" and had a negative reception both from the gp and critics, Then people come to appreciate later on and demanding justice for it. Off the top of my head ill list the albums that were branded as a "flop" and were appreciated many years after there release. Gaga- ARTPOP Britney- Glory, Britney Jean Madonna- Erotica, American Life Beyonce- 4 Ariana Grande- Dangerous Woman (Im not sure about terms of sales/ i just thought as the era was a bit messy) Xtina- Bionic, Lotus Katy Perry- Witness Taylor Swift- reputation (was held up to the success/acclaim of 1989) This is based on both reviews/sales ! Feel free to discuss and add to list of any i might of missed !
COOOK 76,406
I think reputation is still appreciated and was never branded as a flop, or... suddenly the flop is me?

Gagadonna 10,801
Glory was a commercial flop, but I doubt it received a negative reception. It's actually (one of) her best since Blackout (in my opinion) For Britney, I would say Britney Jean
