Surely Trump would be involved in the bailout? I'm not sure that California has the financial power to bail them out if it really came down to it. And if the bailout relies on Trump, wouldn't it be doubtful considering his love for fossil fuels? The thing that Tesla would have going for it in this case is American manufacturing jobs.
